Capabilities

Any Steel Fabrication provides a range of steel fabrication services for both industrial and commercial projects. The scope of our work spans across small to larger, higher quantity services. Our staff are each equipped with specialised knowledge and skill, allowing us to operate in specialised divisions. We adopt a hands-on approach to projects from start to finish and communicate with our customers along the way.

Machinery and Equipment

Our services are provided by our in-house machinery which includes:

Brake Presses:

Baykal Press Brakes with the below table and tonnage capacities:

• 160T x 3m
• 200T x 4m
• 440T x 6m

Plasma Cutting:

Hypthertherm High Definition XPR Plasma Cutter with the below cutting capabilities:

• Mild Steel up to 32mm
• Stainless up to 20mm
• Aluminum up to 20mm

Pipe and Plate Rolling

All our machines are numerically controlled (CNC) allowing staff to pre-program your parts to your required specifications required for the project. This allows for accurate and consistent output every time.

Machining

Seiko Lathe with 80mm Spindle, 2000mm Distance Between Centers,  550mm Swing Over Bed

Guillotining

Baykal 3.1m with 6mm material capacity

Design and Costing

In House Programming

At Any Steel we use both AutoCad 3D and Solidworks in addition to the latest CAM software to ensure our design and production works to the most precise of tolerances.  We are able to offer in house CAD drawing and detailing seeing the project through from design to completion.

Cost and Material Estimates

At Any Steel, we are able to create a Bill of Materials (BOM) based on the specifications required for the project. By doing so we are able to advise the customer of the expected costs prior to production and to avoid any unexpected costs at completion.

In House Structural Engineering

Any Steel is unique in that employs a highly competent and dedicated team of Engineers Australia registered structural engineers and drafts people. We are able to provide structural steel detailing, design and certification.
